Thank you for posting this, and it is a shame on BofA if this is true.

However, in reading that article, it is an embarrassment that whomever wrote it had at least 7 spelling and grammatical errors in such a little piece.

It is hard to persuade educated people to accept your conceptual point if you can't even get the details of your wording right.
