I honestly have to say after reading the court transcripts again I don't think Ricky did time after he testified. It doesn't have him being charged really. The trials for his supplier was over in 91. From 89-91 he was in federal custody. It may have been possible he did see little John if others still allowed him around.

I was pretty certain the info was correct as pertains to him seeing Little John 2XW ROM.
