    Why da need to have over 350 dogs, why have more than you ever can take care of.

    "Locations" not all were seized from the same place. And IMO they used the term "like puppy mills" because it is becoming more common that folks are getting busted without evidence to support dog fighting.

    Another catchy phrase to tug at the bleeding hearts.
