The police can CHARGE you with all sorts of things. Any lawyer will get the bogus charges dismissed to where you will have to fight the legitimate charges.

True, but getting down to the legitimate charges is where the $$$$$ is. By the time one gets to the legitimate charges the dogs are gone, tons of money is spent and then the guy who really did nothing in the first place is punished for being not guilty. EWO
