Randy, this has less to do with dogmen and more to do with the times. More people today in general are desensitized to vulgarity, sex, violence, and everything in between. Has less to do with dogs and more to do with the times we live in. If it was more class, gentlemen, and sportsmanship in the "golden days" then it's probably just a reflection of how people were back then in general. You could say the same about anything really.
