I never use it no longer then five minutes and that chain have them strong as a bull.

Some of our heavy day were with 50lb-100lb chains.Pull ups,push ups, dips and i tell you this OX STRONG! My younger brother took his class 140, with a dead lift of 630lbs! Hehe
Also love pulls over carpet they tend to be stronger for longer with pulls!

Thanks...No i dont have his pedigree ive been told he is a Hollingsworth and a Tom Garner bred dog...No idea if its true ..i got him as a gift...im totally happy with him.
