    Great old photos! Thanks so much for sharing them.

    A question on the color of Clouse's Big Boy and Feeley's Gene, they are both listed as black dogs, but could they be brindle dogs?

    Looks like brindle color by Big Boy's ear and Gene looks to have brindle stripes on his sides in those old photos. Brindle was a far more common color back then. I know it is hard to tell color in many of those old black and white photos, but it was a thought.

    Also could the approximate era be added to some of these old time dogs? Such as "from the 1940s" to give a better idea of when these dogs were alive.
    Common sense isn't so common these days.
