Why did this happen? Because I bred Silverback to Sassy for one (off Screamer's brother Thunder, and therefore Duke's cousin) and Twilight for another (right off Duke)

Silverback's win record is therefore a dramatic upgrade to Duke's, being 100% (6-0) in open competition

Brick House and Icon were off Duke's sister Jezebel. Where Duke was just average, Jezebel was 100x better, and was the highest-ability bitch I have ever bred/fed. I would go after any of these studs, down from her or from Duke, with full confidence. I kept Truck's sister Amazon for a reason () with the idea I could breed her to one of the Twilight sons in the future ... IFF I ever try to rekindle my line again ...

Truck I've heard good about and that's what my partner is getting something off of to add to the family. Is that Screaming Icon still around? I remember seeing a pic and thinking wow what a freakin beauty of a dog, and I know i heard he caught one and i believe a son of his caught one also.

Whenever you breed Amazon there will be a line waiting I'm sure of it.

Yeah, that does suck. There was a bitch born in the Prime Ape/007 litter, but Wildchild lost her.

Jezebel was an ace at more than just her weight class. She massacred every bitch she was ever rolled with, save one. Her first roll she put a hanger through the skull of Bandana. It was just her first bump, and Jezzebel didn't start at first, so Bandana went straight into Jezebel's guts ... and Jezebel responded by biting so hard from the bottom she punctured Bandana's skull. It kinda freaked me out, because I didn't know if she'd get an infection in her brain, with just a hole on top of her noggin like that. Jezebel never bit super hard like that again, but she did have enough mouth to do significant damage.

Anyway, I decided to lower the bar on Jezebel's schooling, so I started her on a couple of extremely game, but less-dangerous, bitches than Bandana after that, Red Sonja and Super Red. These bitches were furiously game, and were a little lighter, but Jezebel was just too good. They couldn't get their mouth on Jezebel one time and were absolutely overpowered by her. (I quickly learned no way you could spot Jezebel weight!)

Bandana was Jezebel's weight, but she was too dangerous. So I rolled Jezebel into the bigger Tuffy and (Jeze's sister) Athena Red, who were 4 lb of bigger each, but with only average ability, and I rolled them with Jezebel back-to-back! Why? Because Jezebel went through Tuffy and was on a down dog by :06, so I put Jezebel's bigger sister Athena Red on her, and Jezebel was in control from start-to-finish, and on a down dog by :12. Tuffy bit her once, on the release, and never bit her again after that. Athena never got her mouth on Jezebel once. Even though both bitches were 4-lb bigger. Jezebel was an ACE ear/face/throat dog, so fast it was unreal, and never got tired.

When I realized what kind of ability Jezebel had, I rolled her on Bandana again, who super-fast and SUPER-strong also, and who only went for kill-spots, but Bandana was too straight-ahead, not smart enough, and didn't have the air to keep up with Jezebel. It was an all-out war for :05, but then Bandana couldn't touch her after that, and Jezebel owned Bandana until she was helpless by :25. Fast and furious action! (Keep in mind, Bandana was so rough, she spotted a sister to Ch Roy Jones Jr. 5-lb of weight, drove her all over the pit, never took a backward step, and was on a down dog, in her kidneys, by :05 ...)

Jezebel was also the bitch who decimated Woodpile Kennels' Eli bitch, where Woodpile actually assaulted me in the roll, they were so butt-hurt by how badly they were routed by my dogs. Their best male had been ransacked in :05 by Ch Stormbringer, and their bitch was decimated by Jezebel the following weekend. Between their two dogs, they only bit my two dogs once, when their male got to Stormy's ass-end for a split-second in the first thirty seconds after the release, when the Eli dog was driving like crazy ... but Stormy took him out in a flash, flipped him over, and was killing him in the throat for the next 4:30. Woodpile's dog wouldn't come out of the corner for his first time after "The Blood Red Fury" was taken out of his throat. Their next experience was to have Jezebel, a less-brutal, but even more athletic circus acrobat, make an absolute fool out of their slow, stupid, one-dimensional bitch, who never touched Jezebel one time in the embarrassing rout. In a way it wasn't fair to Woodpile Kennels, because (quite honestly) even I didn't have any dogs who could whip Stormbringer or Jezebel at even weight either

Jezebel was picked up one time, though, when I tried to spot weight with her using Bandana's daughter Royal Flush. Royal Flush was as fast, and as brutally-strong as her mother Bandana, but Royal Flush was an extremely-smart head/face/throat dog, like a Poncho dog, rather than a one-dimensional gut dog, and she was just too big, and too physically-powerful, for Jezebel to spot her weight like that. Jezebel was a down dog right off the bat, and they started heavy mouth-fighting, with Jezebel on the bottom, and I just didn't want to lose the teeth on two ace-quality head/face dogs, so I stopped it pretty quick. Unfortunately, Royal Flush was sold, bred to Duke Nukem in fact, and Krazyside Kennels managed to lose every single pup. They then farmed her out to a corn-fed retard, when she caught babesia after a roll, and the retard put her down for having a parasite, rather than treating her. That fucking idiot would have to go through a thousand bitches before he could ever find one as good, or as perfect, as Royal Flush was as a specimen. (Wow, that still pisses me off thinking about that ...)

Truck looks like a good, solid Poncho dog that will be tough to beat. Screaming Icon did not get Jezebel's ability, but took after Sun Demon in body-type and ability. He was a game dog who spotted weight too many times, and had to take too much each time, and was done wrong.

Whenever you breed Amazon there will be a line waiting I'm sure of it.

That would be a very nice breeding! I hope you can get it done. I let my Peds subscription lapse as I don't use it so I could not see the peds but I know how both dogs are bred as I have looked at their peds many times in the past, LOL.

That would bring in the best of the Poncho dogs to the best of the Silverback dogs... Excellent!

I looked up a few pedigrees and yes, some really good dogs came of the Poncho/Red Angel breeding, not to speak of Ricky F.'s Ch. Darth Vader - unbelievable. Are his wins legit? If you don't mind me asking why didn't you continue to breed the Poncho/Red Angel dogs? Because as you said, the result were there. Was it because the inbred Poncho dogs and Poncho/RBJ dogs showed to be even better?

Wow, Criminal Poet's Henry is a big dog. The size must had come from the bottom side as from what I know your inbred Poncho/Mason's Hammer dogs use to run on the smaller side. Funny, because the original Hollingsworth dogs were also big dogs.
