the whole things is prob just stupidity. The stuff that sticks out to me was how many times animal control says they came out to talk to him and he was unreasonable. He lives in a neighborhood. 12 dogs is stupid prob barking and keeping people up. Reality is, they can jam you up when they want. Even if its to just fuck with you and make you miss work and inconvenience you. I have four. City ordinance says five grown dogs. I have house insurance and keep my dogs contained, no scars. etc. 12 in a neighborhood that size is probably retarded. Being a dick to animal control is probably stupid. my dogs are all human friendly house dogs. they may go at each other at times and don't get along with other dogs, but they aren't human aggressive even my biggest scariest male is friendly to strangers if i meet them as a friend. Another male dog he pretty much goes after. He's always under control on a leash or watched in the backyard or in the house with me. i haven't had a problem in years. Maybe what I said was harsh. I think we need to be mindful of our neighbors especially if we have more than one dog. He was always straight with me and always seemed to have the best interests of the breed in mind. I found myself in a foreign city. No family. I have friends here. i do work where i see people die and I come in contact with drug addicts and gang members. im the type to no bend or break and not give them what they want. There were nights I couldn't sleep. I keep a rifle by bed, and a pistol or rifle in every room I spend any decent amount of time. I started sleeping better when I got my dogs from him. When I couldn't get my MMA buddies to run, my dog would. Wether what I have classifies as PTSD or just appropriate anxiety his dogs helped. No barking shitzu would help. knowing my dog came from dogs that ran through walls when asked was comforting for me. I'd testify if he needed it.

They will use trick language like saying the dogs have ''gained weight'' since they were in their custody (insinuating that they were underweight in the first place even if they werent).
They ''wont recall'' anything that could help your case but will make mountains out of mole hills on anything they think can hurt it.

Investigators and law enforcement are trained manipulators,and will intentionally misrepresent facts to make someone look bad.Once they have their eyes set on you,it’s not about the truth ,it’s about throwing as much shit at you as possible hoping that some of it sticks .If a DA states to the court that the dogs have gained weight since they have been taken from their owner,that’s insinuating that the dogs were underweight in the first place to the judge and or jury.Even though they have people look over these dogs and in their report it may state that the dog is healthy ,the judge and jury won’t have acccess to that information,unless the defendant or his lawyer brings that up.They will also use lies that they know aren’t true to try to get a conviction,and they give rats an incentive to lie on you to make your case seem worse.A person can NOT FIGHT their dog and get jammed up.A desperate snitch or two.A few scars from yard accidents ,a pedigree full of fighting dogs,and God forbid a breaking stick or a mill,and a few bulldog books and boom your toast.
