If you try to put, let's say alcohol solution, in your testicles you will dance like crazy. I have a feeling that spicy hot peppers would produce the same result, I have no intention to try it. I also have a feeling that the dog's testicles will react the same. If this is true, you might kick him in there as well, no difference.
I guess it really depends what activates the sensation hot sauce gives you. had some hot sauce on my hands today with no burning sensation. but when you eat habanaro yourself you tend to spread it around the outside of your mouth also. so possibly could be burning his nuts too... but that may be all apart of the experience that stops him from doing it. it's not gonna melt his nuts lol.
The skin in our hands is much tougher and thicker than our private parts. I also think that if my nuts were in fire, I would try to lick them to offer some cooloing sensation, lol.
But I think this conversation is not going in the right direction.

Good feed doesn;t mean there can't be a food allergy. It might also be a protein intolerance for the particular animal used in the feed.
Weird spot tho.
An old trick for people eating their nails was quinine.
Regarding nut self-licking for humans, I think yoga could do wonders, also in money preservation strategies as it costs a hell less than a girlfriend. Obviously the above statement is based on strictly personnal experience.
