Could be that the person in question has a completely different situation were he don't need to worry about laws. It's not rocket science, if u get a bad gut feeling just trust that and move on. Calling people police without proof aren't something people should do lightly.

I agree like I said in an earlier post I just wanted to feel out and see if anyone had anything similar going on.
