Okay, go to the upper right corner of this forum and click "Settings."

Then you will see a column on the left side of your browser, and click "General Settings."

When this page displays, scroll down to the bottom and you will see "Message Editor Interface:"

Switch from the "Basic Editor" (which you have now) to Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls

Whollah! Now you will have editing options
