    Regarding the second question, no, I am not telling you two different things. Yes, Solu-Medrol, Solu-Delta, and Dex are all cortico-steroids ... but they do different things ... so which one you decide to use will be what you inject into the 1000ml bag of ringers. Dex is more for swelling; Solu-Delta is more for shock; so you select which drug based on what you're trying to accomplish.

    Maybe it's the language barrier, but the first quote tells you what you need in your med kit ... and then the second quote tells you to inject whichever drug you choose into the fluids.
