First of all, I am very happy to see that you found an opportunity to use your WTF Icon

Secondly, IMO a barrel house (if made properly) is by far a better housing enclosure than an Igloo, which offers zero "nest" area for any bedding.

Despite these facts, I do believe that barrel houses are restricted in certain counties, though I do not recall which ones.
