I agree with you. I don't know where it went off but prob when it became illegal the lowest denominator in the dogs became what the media showed. Within the last month a bag of dead dogs was found beside the road. Only breed what you can feed. If you have to cull. Bury the dog. It seems very simple. Like common sense.
