true participation on this site is slow. However, looking on the bright side we have slowly grown to 300 members from only about 180 when I took over. I agree this is a community effort! I have made every attempt to steer away from the MODERATE every little thing you do approach for good reason, to give you all a voice, without threat of consequence.
