And Ive bred it to some old Boyles Black gold stock and some Tboy and got real good dogs. So Id think that Patrick stuff wouldn't hurt a thing. I actually like a cross to breed into the Buster stuff. Everything is so line and inbred on the T.buster now a days it works great going into something that is crossed. But we are just now trying other strains. They have had Smokers with the Hammonds strain crossed into Busters Sister over seas. Thats another one I never seen coming but glad they tried it.
The T.buster has been bad mouthed for years online. Mostly because the active dogs are in real private yards. And the others are facebook dogmen that still think they can talk a strain good. And talk one down to curr. Lol.
Id like to see some more bred now adays. When I started fooling with them we got some real solid useable dogs. But very straight forward. But when you cross them even 1/4 you get good athletic deep game dogs. With above avg mouth on avg.. But as any strain its not all about the blood its about individual stud. Some dogs just produce good game dogs.
