Hello LuLuBelle, if I remember correctly. Putting the PR in front of a dog's name was something the UKC registry did. Even had a purple star ribbon certificate printed etc. onto the said pedigree. It simply meant purple ribbon bred like the dog had some sort of royalty type bloodlines. Some probably did on paper at least.

This sort of thing makes show dog people sort of warm and fuzzy inside. But for the real dog persons that own the real deal apbt dogs. Means very little to them. I will add the PR to that pedigree since I see it is listed under the confirmation section.
