He beat a 1 or 2xer off of Punisher and yes it was a win on a foul. However there is no question about who was winning or who was going to win if the foul wasn't called. The foul was after the handler asked for a scratch to continue and released his charge before the ref even said face the cars.Originally Posted by S_B
