After doing some research I am wondering if it is just acne??? The dog is bathed about once every week, maybe two weeks. His feeding bowls are regular washed and cleaned, so I don't think he is around any bacteria or fungus that would cause this? He is 18 months old, so maybe just an adolescent stage?
