I have been doing this for years, safely, because there are ways of boasting so where you don't really give out enough information for anything to happen. There are also ways of boasting where you're saying/showing too much. I am not asking you to say anything that is "too much," am asking you to qualify your boasting.

You are the one who came on here boasting about your dogs ... and, it seems like, for good reason. I would be bragging too

What I asked is, "Why do you give only the bitch credit?", "Were these wins over credible dogmen?", and, "Don't you think you're rushing things by matching a 12 month old?"

If these questions put you into a tailspin, then you're awfully sensitive.

When dogs win, the typical question ANYONE asks is, "Who did they beat?"

This is a question that gets asked from the lowest level to the highest

When we had the thread topics evaluating the Candidates for DOY here ... do you really think it's enough to say, Gr Ch X beat "a dog?"

We want to know WHO they beat to QUALIFY for being DOY, don't we?

I mean, how do you think dog-quality GETS evaluated other than by quality of opposition?

Mind you, I am not "criticizing" your quality of opposition, I honestly don't know, which is why I am seeking clarification.

I asked the same questions of my own customers

If I sold a dog to a guy who "won 2," but his wins were over two nothing dogs owned by nobodies ... and if I sold another dog to another guy, whose dog won 2 (one over HOE and the other over Captain America), which dog of MINE do you think I would be higher on? They both might be littermates; they both might be equally-good; but one simply has a more impressive record than the other.

Why? Quality of Opposition, that's why.

So, again, I am not asking you questions I wouldn't be asking my own customers about my own bloodline.

Why do you think it's the bitch, not the studs, producing these qualities?
Why are you hooking a 12 month old dog?
Are these wins over quality opponents or just nobodies?

There is nothing wrong with these questions, and again, they are questions ANYONE needs answered in order to better-assess what is being claimed here.
