I agree with Jack. The infra Red security Cameras are a good deterrent. However, the best thing to do is not let anyone know where you live, and GET ALONG WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS. In the morning, when you take out your trash, take theirs out too. If you get home before they do, bring the trash cans back in. Buy them a nice bottle of scotch when you get your bonus.
