If it's a waste of typing, that's your opinion and we all are entitled to have one. It wasn't an outburst at all, I thought all of us folks commenting were having a conversation. Wasn't a challenge to anybody opinion or what they thought was right or wrong. I didn't say you accused Grip of being a hyped, not sure why you took what i said as that but no I never said anybody said those words, I was simply stating the camp is out to prove that he isn't some bum. The SDJ isn't my mag, so i didn't have any say so, nor did i have the ultimate say so in any other mag. It's all just for fun, it wasn't close in your mind but in several barns over several different places it was a contest and many felt several dogs were definitely up for mention but Titere beat a former GrCH who was also DOY which just gave it more juice to some. Grip won over a former GrCh and according to the point system he earned DOY. I don't think SDJ was far left in the field he was just a stickler to that system which doesn't bring into account other things that we as humans can add. Again no matter who won it, they would have my congrats and Titere was deserving as I felt other dogs were also.


I'm not comparing JK system of choosing DOY or ROM to this database in the least. I've seen the beauty of this board and think it's great. I'm not comparing Grip beating an 7 year old 8xw(at the time of contest if I'm not mistaken) vs Titere beating former GrCh Homer DOY, who wasn't quite 8 but he wasn't far from it neither, he made Ch back in 2009 or 2010 and GrCh by 2011 starting at 38 before moving up the weight chart. The only difference was one man went by a system and the others went by human vote. I say congrats to both of them, almost a shame they are so far apart in weight. Homer wasn't 8 but he was no spring chicken but Titere did what not many can ever imagine doing, beat a GrCh DOY with their own GrCh DOY. That's history so I understand clearly why Titere was majority's vote.

Yes April certainly earned her keep, she beat 2 Ch's which is great, I think most overlooked her because most consider DOY for those who blow out the comp, she made runner up here but didn't make top 10 on most other lists, Cap made Top 3 on every list I seen and some believed minus Titere beating a GRCH DOY, she might of pulled it off. It was a very good year and this year is shaping up to be even better.
