The videos were created for ease of understanding. You were given an email, immediately upon joining, directly asking you to watch the videos.
Also, each and every time you click the Pedigrees tab, you see in all red letters the direct instruction, Please watch these 4 videos IN FULL before doing anything!
Typical of the lazy, you failed to take the time to do so, and again blame "me" for your failure to watch the videos and for your failure to add the human names to your dogs.
