My brother is a professional computer programmer who is going to be trying to put together a websolution that will not just "equal," but will surpass the current offering available.

I don't want to give an ETA unless I know for sure when it will be operational. Since this period has been "the Holiday Season," we haven't talked too much about it yet, but we have scheduled a "brainstorm conference" on Tuesday, and I will know alot more about all that is involved then.
