Probably the best known dog I sent to your general area was Boots (brother to Ch Mr. Serious ROM), who went to Finland. He was a game, but average dog who sired a number of good dogs, the most famous being Boogie's Ch Diesel. I sent several other dogs to Finland as well, including Iron Golem and Baby Doll, neither matched, but all superior specimens and athletes. (In fact, Iron Golem spotted a European Champion 4 lb in a roll, and stopped him in :42.)

I also sent several dogs to Italy back in 1996, including Predator, Whitehead, and Roja, all of whom were matched and won.

More recently, I have also sent Beowulf and Silver Jett to Italy in 2012.

I also sent Mocha Java to Spain in 2012.

Don't think they've been matched, but I am pretty sure they like the dogs.

PS: I used to have photos of Baby Doll and Ch Diesel, but will have to find them again someday ...

Thank you, yes he was. They gave him great care too.

The Silver Jett bitch is a excellent looking, well built bitch dog. I noticed the Silver Jett bitch has one ear up and one down. Have seen time to time dogs bred down from the Carver lines that have that characteristic. My J. Young's Jake had one ear up and one down. Geek Squad's Soldier dog looks a lot like my J. Young's Jake dog and has that one ear up and one ear down. Cheers

Thank you, I really like her too. Kinda always regretted letting her go.

It's amazing how people "think" ... I sold her and Beowulf to two different guys in Italy, and the guy with Jett didn't want to breed her to Beowulf and "let the other guy have any"

Such small mindedness will destroy plans, not make them.

Hope the guy changes his mind ... because it really is okay for TWO people to benefit, not just one

It's amazing the difference between a good dogman and a lousy dogman is PATIENCE and UNDERSTANDING ...

Glad to hear she went to you and was waited on. Like many badass dogs, Silverback himself wasn't fully "on" until 3 years of age ... but man-o-man, was he worth the wait

    Good luck with Silverbelle

Ditto Jack. If one listens closely to the Ed Crenshaw's interviews on the You Tube. Ed affirms that Carver did have a Tudor's Dibo x Black Widow bred dogs along with a Sister to Black Widow. If Project X had listen closely as well. Ed confirmed that Boudreaux's Blind Billy dog was bred as it's pedigree showed.

In this interview Mr. Ed Crenshaw mentions about the fact that Carver's Tudor's Dibo x Carver's Black Widow etc. dogs were late starters. That the way Carver was trying to get his future dogs off this line, to fire up at a earlier age. Was crossing Mr. Ed Crenshaw's blood line into his line. Which did work really well.

Whether the pedigrees show it or not there is a strong influence of the Ed Crenshaw bloodlines in the Carver strain of dogs. The Tudor Dibo x Carver's Black Widow along with the Blind Billy influence from Boudreaux was there also. I might add and just IMHO that maybe not a lot. But I feel there was some Peggy Harper AM Staff added along the way. Which went right back to the older Henry/Al Brown/Tudor dogs.

Said all this, so that those that have pedigrees showing a high 25% or more percentage of Tudor's Dibo X Siblings influence in that 14 generation pedigree search. Go slow and give these type bred dogs more patience and maturity before schooling. Jack's reference on schooling is a very good approach. Cheers
