telling somebody your going to kill them is not conspiracy, it is making a mere threat.

it isnt until i talk to my buddy about how im going to carry out the hit, then it becomes CONSPIRACY to commit murder, which me & my buddy can both be charged for (even if im the one who ultimately pulls the trigger!). most of the time (notice i say MOST) its when a crime is already commited that a conspiracy charge gets tacked on.

the guy isnt a rat or snitch for making a threat to inform the authorities. sure it makes em a manipulative piece of shit... but not a snitch necessarily. the day he picks up the phone and calls authorities is when he becomes a certified snitch.


at the end of the day, sounds like the guy is more of a pain in the ass then he's worth. so i dont have to know anything about em to know that its probably better off to stear clear of the guy.
