I live in a area where thier is not a lot of jobs so their are a lot of thieves and murderers. My best friends granddad got murdered and robbed and he was 86 and we buried him Sunday.Its a beautiful life here for a outdoorsman if u can afford it..I always say mutts because it keeps the dog thieves at bay and doesn't attract much attention from anyone..And I never crop my dogs ears so if anyone does luck up and find me its not as obvious.But for a small town atmosphere we rank nationally in violent crime..But just giving a different view of why some may say mutts.Lots of dog thieves here.

You guys get so infuriated and wound up by people using the term hound instead of Bulldog, some of you find it insulting yet you throw one of term Retard around like nothing else, the word Retard is the most Politically Incorrect term I thought there was till I saw somebody use the word fucktard. See how annoyed you get when you see the term hound, multiply that by 100 and thats how I feel when I see the word Retard, anybody who has a member of there family with special needs will probably feel the same. Nothing sensitive about me, people can use whatever terminology they want, Hound, bulldog, retard whatever I don't give a rats, it'd take a lot more than that to really upset me. I simply hate seeing the word Retard used but I've got a thick skin and I just look at it as pure ignorance. As for your comment "I care more about bulldogs than I do retards" I always thought you were a classier guy than that man, have a little respect dude.
I was simply highlighting the fact maybe we should practice what we preach.

Calling bulldogs "hounds" is simply incorrect.

If you don't like the term "retard" then use the term "wrong" or "incorrect."

Again, you are the only one who truly does seem upset by my use of the word, "Retard," and are thus showing thin (not thick) skin about the use of the word.

If you have someone in your family who is retarded, and if I have offended you by using the word, that was not my intent.

However, I don't believe I will ever have "respect for the retarded" ... though I can be sympathetic to their plight and the plights of those with retarded family members.
