EWO the guy who makes this mills sells them as a complete unit if you can pick it up, or the plans, he states that it should be around $150 to build the mill and it requires minimal skills and tools, would have to ask how much for the plans. I've spoken with him in another forum.

The Mr.Bulldog mills look very nice, I asked him about the one he made for small dogs since a own a Patterdale Terrier and he sells those for $250 plus $65 for shipping the dimensions for that one are, 36L x 13W X 26T.
