Annoying bugs

I STAY ON A LAKE AND THE NATS ARE ALWAYS ANNOYING THE HELL OUT OF MY DOGS,ANYONE EVER EXPERIECE THIS PROBLEM , AND HOW'D YOU GET RID OF EM...

I don't know if it's toxic to dogs or not, but 30% DEET works friggin' fantastic on mosquitoes here in Florida ... and is the least toxic and best-resulting bug spray on the market right now.

Other than that, oil and pyrmethrin works will too ... 10% at a 1:4 ratio ... but it is more toxic.
