(As when I bred the 34 lb Ch Hammer to the 50 lb Miss Trinx).
It's easier on a larger bitch to produce the pup.

For another, you don't necessarily "get the the same thing" reversing who's the male and who's the female.

The Silverback dogs will actually elevate the athleticism/speed of the Poncho/Kitana dogs ... they are faster, have better balance, and way better reflexes.
BOTH lines were intelligent, but the Silverback dogs are also the ones with finish, by comparison.
(I've never seen a Poncho/Kitana dog with finish that was even close to what Silverback had.)

However, what the Kitana blood will bring is rugged bone density and (yes) power.
The best Poncho/Kitana dogs had a tank-like density to them, a physical power, and some had truly bone-breaking mouth.
So, if you work your mix right, I agree you should get it all

MAKES A LOT OF SENSE, I LIKE HOW YOU EXPLAINED THAT. HA THE WAY YOU DESCRIBED THE KITANA DOGS FITS MY DOG TO A ”T” LOL. IT'S SOMETHING I'M GONNA DEFINITELY LOOK INTO.
