    Ga tethering law?

    Just wondering if anyone know if Ga has a tethering law and if so, What does it entail, I googled it but nothing came up on it.

    Try curtailing your search to a county...state ordinances & county may vary to a certain degree. Like here in NC there isn't a state wide tethering ban but some counties (city legislature) have enacted these bans which are applicable to residents of that particular county. I personally feel, state bans against tethering is on the horizon.

    Yeah am in Ga and some counties are and some are not population plays a big part in it.
