							I personally don't think there are any benefits to a raw hide; they're expensive and they tear easy.
What I like to use are Firehouse Tugs by O'Brien's Supply. (Although I ask them to send me a tug that has not been painted or dyed.)
Firehouse Tugs last 10x as long as any hide ... and are more reflected of a dog having "something" in his mouth than a flat hide IMO ...

							I have never used rawhide and don't need to. My pup loves the firehouse tug toys.
