Many times, when I try to see a ped I get this message " You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND fav_userid=174' at line 1 "
Something wrong with my pc or whatever or is it something else?
It always happens when I see a ped and from there I click on ancestors.

Waccamaw came back onto this site after being banned. User name was Smokey. So Jack banned him again. I believe I put this pedigree in first. Waccamaw as Smokey was on the site for just a little while. I have seen most Red Boy pedigrees shown with all the words run together. I figured Red Boy is two words and showed it Tramp Red Boy.
Is something going on with the APBT On Lines pedigree site? I have been unable to access the site for the last two days. Anyone else not able to access the site? May be this Yahoo forbidden 403 code crap going on again. Cheers

Hi everybody.
I simply have not had the time lately to go through all of this stuff.
I know my 3 Super Moderators have been chomping at the bit to get started cleaning this place up, so my brother promised he would enable them to do so today.
Also, we are going to configure the pedigrees so that users may amend their own dogs, so long as they are not Core Dogs.
I will announce when this has been achieved, and sorry I have not been around much.
Things should slow down for me by this weekend ...

PS: My tolerance for people entering in a bunch of fucked-up pedigrees, like what Chase 1 did above, is going down to ZERO. If you enter in fucked-up pedigrees, which show me more than just "an" honest mistake (but are repeated fuck-ups which tell me you haven't read a GD thing or watched a GD video) then you will get the rug pulled out from under you. WATCH THE GD VIDEOS BEFORE YOU ENTER A GD PEDIGREE. The instructions SAY to do this right on the Pedigrees Tab, in all red letters. Trust me, you are NOT "too smart" to have to do so. We are very particular here, and you MUST watch these videos in order to enter everything correctly. If you come in here, and enter a buncha flippin' dogs, and botch them all up, you WILL lose your privileges. Saying, "I'm sorry," doesn't help me ONE BIT from having to waste my GD time correcting your fuck-ups. Please pay attention, follow my instructions, before you enter anything here, and you will have NO problems.

tried to edit an old pedigree i put up a year or 2 ago. however, its still not giving me the option to edit the details.

I have an option, that no one else can see, called CORE DOG (Yes | No), and just made your dogs "No" ... so you should be able to edit these dogs now ...Quote:

I fixed SAPO, moved the offspring and changed the name to this. As you may know before I used a # system but that can not easily be done with more than one person fixing duplicate peds. CYJ if you go to the search feature in the pedigrees tab and key "duplicate ped" you will see what I'm talking about. We can both work on recycling all of those pedigrees and as you know the work will be never ending.

im not sure what happen here, i tryed to edit to (`) to the (') but couldn't fix the mistake I originally made. .. but i did try...
The reasons are two-fold: 1) You entered-in those blasted, incorrect back-ticks (`) instead of the correct apostrophe (') ... and 2) I failed to follow my own instructions and just plopped-in the full dog name, without first checking for ESTRELLA, only :embarrassed: :embarrassed: :lol:Quote:
