I spoke to Randy and he believes Dottie was off Toot so I changed the pedigree to reflect that.
The ped for Red could either be no known parents or Red could possibly be Williams' Red Tudor?

Hi;
Please do not change a pedigree here based on nothing but someone saying, "I believe ..." that is NOT enough evidence to change a document.
The actual breeder, remembering definitively, is direct evidence, but asking someone who had nothing to do with the breeding ... and who, by saying, "I believe," is therefore actually guessing ... is not sufficient evidence to change a pedigree here.
At the end of the day, "Tudor's Red" was simply entered by a lemming who was not thinking and was following a bad pedigree on Peds Online and so has been deleted.
IN FACT, Fox' Dottie was actually sired by Tudor's Red Bill, and I have has been changed Dottie's pedigree to reflect her true breeding.

Thanks guys.
I have seriously thought about contacting the ADBA and asking for some pedigree information on some of my dogs ancestors. It would be nice to have the information that is on file with them instead of relying on something that may have been entered by a lemming following bad information. I sure as hell don't want to be the lemming.....and it could help with filling in other dogs pedigrees as well.
Thank you both too.
Nice to have you onboard Osage, you seem like you're a contributor, which is what we need more of :-bd
I got it from the Dog Archives Pedigree.
It also makes sense, seeing as Red Bill was sired by Dibo out of Spotty ... and the bitch's name was Dotty :)
Lots of dogmen combine names to name the offspring of what they like best.

I found a duplicate pedigree for the Clyde dog. I'm not sure which way it should be spelled, but it looks like that is why there are two of them.

And thanks for the kind comment above Jack. It is hard not to appreciate the magnitude of what this pedigree program can do. If I can add to it, or be a part of it in any way, that is what I want to do.
Here is another one I stumbled across. This is the same dog.

Just one more for you guys.....
There are two pedigrees for Langston's Liz/Peterson's Liz. My ADBA pedigrees show her registered name as Langston's Liz # 22500-41.
There is also another one named Peterson's Big Liz and I don't know for sure if it the same dog or not, but it probably is. I just don't know for certain.

I visited Mr. Morgan back in the late 1970s and saw Morgan's Sandy and her son Morgan's Rocky, both were powerfully built black dogs. He also had his house dog Morgan's Rovette, she was the first Heinzl bred bulldog I ever saw, which led to my interest in Heinzl dogs. I need to look thru my old 35mm photos and see if I have any photos of Morgan's dogs.
