Clearly the bottom 1/4 influenced this dogs coloring. I knew there was something different in there by looking at him, I just had to click and look at the pedigree to find what it was. Congratulations.Quote:

For you folks that read a thread where I discussed the fact that traits skip 4-5 generations, click on Whitepaw's brother Psycho on Evo's page. You are spot on where the coloration is coming from Evo (Otter's stuff), and it is right where I said it will be, 4-5 generations back. Many traits work like this, color is just a way that we can easily see these genetic principles at work.
