What is the best emulsifier to use with it when applying it on the dogs?

I use Avon Skin-so-Soft to mix with Jacks Nature's Block. Works for me...I got no complaint at all. I apply it weekly and the dogs don't get eatin alive. I pay special attention to spray the ear and back of the ears and lower part of the legs.
