Yes, but my Up-N-Running pad conditioner is even better.
It's almost the exact same ingredients, but in addition to adding coconut oil, I also add bees' wax to make it more of a solid, which is better for application onto the feet/pads than pure oil.

I used the wound care for hot spots this morning.

Oh, right on. Sometimes I purposely use the Wound Care myself, if I don't want the sulfur.
But for (say) nasty collar-rot, the Poultice is the thing to use :)
I got a bald spot on one of my 9 month old pups back, not sure if its a hot spot or a patch of localized mange. I figure since he can't seem to lick it or scratch it, I'm assuming its demodectic mange instead of a hotspot. So as of now I'm cleaning the area with betadine then applying the poultice every other day. Hopefully it clears up and goes away!
If it's mange, the sulfur is the key to correcting that, so you'd need the Poultice.
The turpentine is a good general antiseptic, but I believe it's the sulfur that has the anti/mange properties ... as pure, sulphurated dip is also used for mange.
