Noticing a lot more stiffness then usual in the front legs are there any supplements or stretching procedures anyone would recommend for either pre/post workout times or off days? Little upfront info, he's being fed raw, being given missing link as a supplement along with flax seed, and not the first keep just wondering if it's from more prior wear and tear going into this one and what I can do to help it.

Not familiar with missing link products other than the joint health. I'd try supplementing for muscle recovery. Maltodextrin fed approoriately, amino acids, etc.
Flax seed isn't optimal for a dog.
I do a stretching routine for my dogs most of the time before working them out. I like it better than taking them for an X amount mile walk.
You could try stride or any glucosamine/amino formulated supplement to help in the support, function and structure of there joints.
