That actually looks like an anal/rectal prolapse, not a vaginal one, and I do not know how to treat that.
Your dog needs a vet (probably surgery) IMO.
Not my dog!...and yes this is coming out of her ass..he asked me about it and I had no clue because I have never seen it before so I figure I would ask and post some picture to get some response
She can get infected and die without an operation.
