Beef Sweet Bread

I just picked some up. Has anyone else used this as a supplement? Its a combination of trachea, gullet, heart, and stomach.

Has anyone else even heard of it? This is the first time I have ran across it. I went to my butcher to get some meaty bones and dog bundles and to ask about trachea, gullet and organ meat. I asked about it and she said we have beef sweet bread. I hadn't heard of it so I asked what it was. It turned out to be just what I was looking for.:lol:

yeah, I've heard of it. There are different kinds which use different parts of the body. Also different animals, they usually try them.
